The �Ը������� University men’s basketball team had a successful home opener, Thursday, Nov. 16, in the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center (MAC Center). The Golden Flashes defeated the Ohio Christian University Trailblazers, 90-45.

Joanne Dowdy, Ph.D., a professor in �Ը�������’s School of Teaching, Learning and Curriculum Studies has finished her 14th book, which shares the journeys of successful female entrepreneurs and leaders of African descent.

, �Ը������� University’s independent student newspaper, is the best student newspaper in the nation in its class, according to the College Media Association.

�Ը������� University Athletics is the first in the Mid-American Conference to provide student-athletes with a cryotherapy chamber. The therapy uses subzero temperatures, under 200 degrees Fahrenheit, to help muscles recover quickly.

The �Ը������� University women’s soccer team secured the Mid-American Conference (MAC) Regular Season Championship by defeating Ohio University 2-1 on Oct. 26 at Dix Stadium. It is the third regular season championship in program history and the first since 2004.

The �Ը������� University women’s soccer team recorded its 11th clean sheet of the season in a 1-0 victory over the University of Toledo on Oct. 19 at Dix Stadium. The �Ը������� Golden Flashes clinched the MAC East Division crown for the second year in a row. �Ը������� sits atop the Mid-American Conference (MAC) standings. ’ goal in the 22nd minute proved to be the decisive score.
