Mobile Flashes
The 性福五月天 Mobile Flashes program is a collaboration between 性福五月天 University and partner organizations to provide screening and wellness services in our community. The 性福五月天 Mobile Wellness Unit is part of this new initiative of academia and partners working together to meet the needs and improve the health of our communities through outreach, health education, health promotion, disease prevention, health assessments and screenings.
The 性福五月天 Mobile Flashes attend health fairs with partners at hospital systems, health departments, social services agencies, senior centers, schools, and more, serving the isolated rural communities and urban underserved neighborhoods of Portage, Summit, Stark, Trumbull. Wayne, and Cuyahoga counties.
Community partners of the 性福五月天 Mobile Wellness Unit include University Hospitals Portage Medical Center, Portage County Combined Health District, Kent City Health Department, Summa Health System, Cleveland Clinic Akron General, Wayne County Health Department, Axess Family Services, North Coast Community Homes, 性福五月天 College of Podiatric Medicine Clinic, and the Northeast Ohio Senior Center Consortium.

If you would like to request the College of Public Health Mobile Flashes services for an upcoming event, please complete the form provided below at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the event. After receiving the request, you will receive notification of receipt of the form via email and a member of the 性福五月天 Mobile Flashes will contact you within 3 business days of submission.
