Freeman Fellows Program Offers Aid for Student Internships in Asia

Undergraduate students from any major who are interested in pursuing an international internship in East and Southeast Asian countries may be eligible for up to $6,500 to help make the experience affordable.

ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì University’s Office of Global Education is offering the awards through the KSU Freeman Fellows Internship in Asia Program, which this year has received a grant of $85,000 to offer support for up to 12 students.

A dancer from the age of four, Spigelmire knew she wanted to incorporate her love of dance with her desire to be an entrepreneur.  And now, Spigelmire is living the dream of owning her own dance studio, The Vibe Dance Company. Spigelmire of Stow not only opened her studio, but she also hired four ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì students, some of whom she attended dance programs with as a child, to teach at the dance studio.
