Laugh Out Loud: Using Humor to Relieve Stress – Attend In Person or Via Live Streaming

Whoever said laughter is the best medicine was certainly no fool. This seminar, held April Fools’ Day, Friday, April 1, from 9-10 a.m. at Heer Hall, Room 107, shares innovative research on using humor therapy to relieve stress, identifies physical symptoms of stress to promote awareness, and uses humor throughout the presentation to provide instant self-care. The workshop leader and presenter is Jinger Moore, PC, of Impact Solutions.

This session also will be available by live streaming to all ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì University's Regional Campuses and to those individuals who would rather view from their desktop location. However, all participants must register in advance, whether attending in person at Heer Hall or via live streaming using the following links:

(Regional Campus or desktop accessibility)

All live-streaming registrants will be provided a link and any applicable handouts by March 31. If you have questions, you may contact Kim Hauge, manager for university wellness, at 330-672-7505 or Sandra Cole at 330-672-7501. You also may email wellness@kent.edu.

See you on April Fools’ Day for a great workshop!
