Please note that nicotine replacement therapy and prescription coverage for medications prescribed for smoking cessation will be covered effective July 1, 2016. This coverage is extended to employees and their eligible dependents, age 18 and older, covered under the university-sponsored drug plan with CVS Health. Dear ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì University Faculty and Staff,
ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì has made a minor revision to its winter closure schedule for the current year. The university will close as previously scheduled on Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025, at 10:30 p.m., with offices now set to re-open on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.

Important Information and Next Steps
Thank you for being engaged this Open Enrollment season. Maybe you took a few minutes to just review your benefit plans or maybe there were important changes to make and you took the time and opportunity to do so. With that being said, we had over a 77% participation rate in Open Enrollment.
Over the next few weeks, the Benefits team will be finalizing the Open Enrollment process and completing tasks to ensure all updates are in place for a Jan. 1, 2026 effective date.
