Dear ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì University Faculty and Staff,
ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì has made a minor revision to its winter closure schedule for the current year. The university will close as previously scheduled on Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025, at 10:30 p.m., with offices now set to re-open on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.
As a reminder:
- The December biweekly pays will be on Dec. 12 and Dec. 26. The December semi-monthly paychecks will be issued on Dec. 15 and Dec. 31.
- The January biweekly pays will be on Jan. 9 and Jan. 23. The January semi-monthly paychecks will be issued on Jan. 15 and Jan. 30.
Employees who are not eligible for paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments and employees in a lay-off status. Additional details about the holiday schedule and how employees should report their time during this period will be communicated in early December.
