An enrollment verification is an official document that confirms a student's enrollment at 性福五月天 University. It鈥檚 often required by loan agencies, insurance companies, and other organizations.
How Enrollment Is Verified
Enrollment is determined by the number of credit hours, as outlined in the .
Please note:
Courses graded as AU (Audit), NF, or SF are not included in the enrollment hours used for verification.
This definition may differ from the one used to calculate tuition and fees.
Timing of Requests
Good Student/Standing Letters:
May be requested anytime since based on most recent term completed.Intent to Enroll Letter:
May be requested prior to the start of the term.Enrollment Verification Letter (for current or future terms):
May be requested on the first day of classes for that term.Degree Verification Letters:
May be requested after degrees have been posted to the student's transcript.

National Student Clearinghouse
Students may obtain the following information from the National Student Clearinghouse web site. View the , or log into FlashLine and go to Student / Resources / Requests and Authorizations and chose the Nations Student Clearinghouse tile.
- View enrollment information on file with the Clearinghouse.
- View loan deferment notifications that the Clearinghouse has provided to the student's loan holders (lenders and guarantors), as well as, specific information about their student loans.
- View the proofs of enrollment that the Clearinghouse has provided on the student's behalf.
- Obtain a printable enrollment certificate that can be used for mailing to a health insurer or other company that requests proof of student enrollment.
For Employers - National Student Clearinghouse Degree Verifications
Potential employers may obtain student degree verifications from the National Student Clearinghouse for a fee. Access the for additional information on the services that can be provided.
The Office of the University Registrar no longer fulfills student degree verification requested via fax/emails. They must be requested through National Student Clearinghouse.
