Area police agencies will conduct joint training exercises from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at the Business and Administration Building along Summit Street on the Kent Campus.
Those passing through the area are likely to see a heavy police presence as officers from several local agencies work together. Signs will be posted that note the event is a training session, which will not include any ballistic or explosives.
Area police have been conducting previous training sessions at the building, which will be returned to university service at the completion of the exercise.
