Biography
Troy is a licensed professional clinical counselor who joined CAPS in 2026 as the Substance Use Specialist. In this role, he provides direct clinical services to students while also coordinating the Collegiate Recovery Community, supporting those seeking recovery from substance use. Prior to joining CAPS, he provided both group and individual clinical services to adolescents and adults in community behavioral health and private practice settings with a focus on co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns.
